New clients should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time for client information.
Prior clients, as a courtesy to the appointment before and after yours. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. That time is reserved for the person prior to you and we will not be able to see you sooner.
If clients are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled to avoid running over into the next scheduled appointment. Accommodations MAY be possible if there is not a client coming in before the time it takes to complete the service. Keep in mind, it's inconsiderate to the practitioner as well as the client after when there are late arrivals. Nevertheless, the scheduled appointment will be charged as a "no-show" for clients who are not at the salon within the 10 minutes. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE NO SHOW/LATE POLICY STATED WHEN BOOKING.
Please be specific in services you are requesting to allow us to slot that particular time out. Otherwise, additional services may not be fulfilled due to time restrictions (ie., nail designs, various shapes of nails, acrylic soak off, should be added when booking). Which ever option you select for booking your appointment, please be mindful of the time it takes for your service to be completed and plan to be at the salon for that time period. We are a salon spa and take quality care in the service you are requesting.
We understand that situations arise from time to time that may delay a scheduled treatment from beginning on time. Depending on the circumstance, we may not always be able to accommodate arrivals more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled.
Please be respectful of appointments and give a minimum of 24 hours notice if cancellation / rescheduling is necessary to avoid cancellation or no show fees. NO-SHOW FEE: 100% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE, LATE CANCELLATION (LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT) 50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE. CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING MORE THAN 24 HOURS, NO CHARGE/FEE.

Children are allowed ONLY upon receiving services*.-Please make arrangements for child care prior to scheduling your appointment).*It is optional to call and make arrangements for available times of bringing your child with you.(Minimum of 5 years of age for pedicures).~Due to seating limitations, please refrain from bringing visitors.~We suggest leaving valuable items at home when receiving treatments.
